Science and know-how are forms of data utilized for different purposes inside society. This will be a nationally coordinated challenge and three lead Indian establishments, Inter-University Centre for Astronomy and Astrophysics (IUCAA), Pune, Institute for Plasma Analysis (lPR), Gandhinagar and Raja Ramanna Centre for Advanced Know-how (RRCAT), Indore will steer this project in collaboration with LIGO laboratories of California Institute of Expertise (Caltech) and Massachusetts Institute of Expertise (MIT), USA.
